Im one of those people that feels that if you could practice moderation and you are able to be true to your well being then your ok. I sometimes go months without a social drink. It is no big deal. And I never have more than two drinkks when I do drink. ( except for on the cruise ; where my biggest concern was wobbling to my cabin)
