It will forever be known as the Red Chita!
Rath - do you know Rosa Mexicano? They make the best margs there!
K - I'm lining them up for you.
Rodney - yes, a pink grapefruit margarita would taste terrible!

I don't think so...where is that? You don't mean Rosa's on 48th and 8th, by any chance...that one I know.

no - there are 2 Rosa Mexicanos. One is on First Avenue and 58th Street. The other is across from Lincoln Center.
They make fabulous margs and guacomole! Insane how good it is!

Oh, KMF, I was hoping I had invented it and could name it. Aren't they the prettiest shade of red? What is it called?

I have no idea Nina -- you can take invention credit -- it's just funny how we were making/drinking them at the same time.....

BT - it's a common name, so they probably aren't related.
When you come to NY, I'll take you to Rosa Mexicano's. Which, I happen to know is also a favorite of Mr. Rask's and Sir Eddie Varley...
oh - and I'm still professing my undying devotion to you!

I was always fond of Maryannes on 15th and 9th -- perhaps a little americanized, but it was always fresh and yummy (great mole sauce)

Actually, the DC one is an offshoot of the NYC one - they made a big deal about it when it opened. We can share pom. margaritas across the miles...

We are all crazy about adgal! It is her sense of style.

I can't get the image out of my head of her leaning out her window with her cell phone in one hand and a drink in the other - and her boa blowing in the wind

I can still see that vision DG!

Hello DG, how are you?
I'm sure my interactions here and on other threads are amusing a lot of people. I don't know exactly what he and a few others are up to, why they are doing this character but, someone has filled me in. It's funny how people think others on the boards are their close freinds even though they haven't met. You tell somone you trust, they tell someone they trust, sooner or later, many people know.

Ultimately, it's that type of thing that keeps me 'removed' from the general population here. I just can't muster the interest or energy to communicate anything but the truth - and then, the fairly unadorned truth, at that. I really appreciate the 'adults' from here who are using this as a springboard to interact personally in the 'real world' - which I'm looking forward to in a couple of weeks with Cyndy from NoCal

I know what you mean, DG. Unfortunately, our little thread is the target of a few people who create mutiple characters to bond with one another and the members of this thread. They are having some success. Don't I sound like the paranoid one? Such intrique over something as unimportant as a message board.
