I hate to say this but has anyone else noticed a significant slow-down in response time to this thread (loading pages, etc)
Maybe it's time to continue the conversation in... dare I say it... a new thread.
It would be really unfortunate if the thread were to crash. I'm sure there are MANY of you that would be very upset if that happened.

KMF - you would notice that!
Rodney - I was just thinking a very similar thing.
Maybe this thread should be locked and saved...and chapter 2 started... just a thought...
In the meantime - the flights coming into NY are all late...so I'm staying to play for a bit!

when I open up the thread to read the messages I see the pages listed at top and bottom of screen when you are reading...
Does anyone else have this...as the number of pages grows I have to do a bit more scrolling...
Is it the same for everyone? Is there a different "setting" to select?

Yikes, I made it in a month. I think I was chatty ... It was a couple of those late nights on this thread, I think. And it seems that august was filled with lots of silly posts on the main board and I couldn't keep my mouth shut.
Whew - I need to drop my project for today, but adgal, we're looking at another week before public release.

I need to try to dig out some old pictures -- a friend and I made smart hats one night years ago for a hat party -- they are a hoot! We had one with all kinds of vegetables on it for an avid gardener, one pill box with about 100 yards of toule (sp?) and many beads and spangels -- there was one I made with candy for someone who was a sweet as can be....you can imagine how over the top they got as the booze kicked in......
