I'm sooo glad you will finally get to see HBO's adaptation of "Angels in America". It is wonderful. I taped it back in January and am going to buy the DVD even though there aren't any extras (darn that HBO!).

So moving, so intriguing...(plus it "introduced" me to the wonder that is Patrick Wilson! LOL!)

Please let me know what you think about it!

I can't believe it's nearly 11 and I just got home...long day and long meeting tonite.

Plus...we were doing the events calendar for 2005 and one of my dates was questioned...and I had to stick to my guns to keep it.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr...last year it was left off the calendar and no matter how many times we asked different leadership levels to add it and communicate it to folks, few did. Now I'm hearing "but it isn't on MY copy of the annual calendar..."

Luckily, the presiding officer stood by me and the event and the others had to "back off."

I need a chocolate bar (and a quick fix of Patrick Wilson singing something) so I can chill out.

I'm feeling better now. Watched a snippet of PW in "Angels in America", ate a York peppermint patty and deleted a bunch of annoying e-mails. aaah.

On the subject of Patrick...when the POTO cast does their "rounds" to promote the film and comes to the studio, please hunt him down and give him a big ol' hug for me! Pretty please! There's just something about him that seems so normal and nice. :o)

This is reminding me that I have to get my eyes checked at a drs office or (ick) the DMV to get MY license renewed before the end of October...

I got new glasses about 3 years ago so I'm hoping its a quick process...but who knows...I could be going blind by spending too much time staring at a computer monitor! LOL!
