Hey, everyone...just checking in between sessions of General Conference. It's been a wonderful event. :o)
I'm going to watch a DVD at a friend house tonight and hope to get to bed at a reasonable hour... (2am this morning and I'm dragging a bit).
Anyhow...hope everyone is having a great day--we have rain here today but it helps things feel cozy inside (does that make sense)
More later :o)

I just got back from Gay day at disneyland. Not that great this year. the castle is closed for renovations. Half of tomorrowland ( including Spacemountain) was closed.
That soundss like a bummer.. Sorry hon!
Morning all, I am off to the fair today so have fun w/o me .
Type to you all later.
Hi mom.
I spent about 10 minutes inside this weekend - so wasn't online.
It was all good
Hi Dame,Mom and Adgal. Trying to figure out what to order for dinner. Spent most of my day working on a project for my new born niece.
Glad to hear (and read)that folks are checking in and all is well.
Our big news is Dave went out and bought a new car. A very nice Accord. Bad news is, that will cut into our show budget. Dave has to commute 120 miles a day so I couldn't begrudge him a comfy ride to and from work.
Dave also needs the new car to drive into NYC to see the shows. We would want you to arrive here safely Mom.
Throw some change into the back floor of the car Mom and wish him luck from me.
Yep that's what we are doing... Also found some nice places in NJ to stay (alot cheaper than the city) and well the Mazz isn't so bad....

Bboobs... are you gonna tell us what the project is for your new niece?
Been busy with Sunday sessions of General Conference. There was a fabulous talk by the 94 year old Church President, Gordon B. Hinckley, on the value of women. His wife passed away in April and he really misses her. He's always spoken so glowingly of her as his partner and sweetheart. (They were adorable together--and she was a sharp, sharp cookie!) He's always honored women and applauded their talents, abilities, etc. He was really trying to get the word across that women are equals in marriage, in Church duties, in life and that they are to be honored and respected. It was a great talk and you could tell he hoped he was getting through to any men who were harboring misconceptions. I LOVED it. Though I haven't run into many of the "old boys club" types...it's nice to be able to quote the president of the church to them when I do. LOL! :o)
Then I made spaghetti, and watched various bit of television...and napped.
How's that for a Sunday...

For those of us in the east--are the colors turing yet where you are? I think ours (Western NY) will start popping really soon since the weather's a bit cooler.

Morning all!!! There's coffee and blueberry muffins Enjoy!
Beacon that Church Conference sounded interesting. Colors here in western Massachusetts are quite nice but not quite at peak yet. I think that is still 2 or 3 weeks away yet.
Hope everyone has a happy Monday (well.... as happy as a Monday can be.)
Morning Mom...thanks for the early morning coffee and muffins.
I sit at the back of the bus and this morning the bus driver hit such a bump going into the Lincoln Tunnel that I think I have whiplash. He never fails to find the bumps in the road. I think he finds it funny...like, why should you all sleep while I have to be awake. Now I need to take 2 Excedrin.
Yeah it always seems that busdrivers can find just about every pothole. Hope you won't be in too much pain.
Good morning. Chins up and boobs out, everyone. It's a beautiful Fall morning even though it is a Monday.
Around here we dont seem to get the effect of the fall colors. Everything just dies.
Ahh... Connie and Carla! What a great way to start your day! (checking to make sure boobs are out!)
Orion - that just sounds so sad... everything just dies.
Yikes!
I went sailing for a few hours yesterday - I love the early Fall out on the water. The colors along the coastline were beautiful - it reminded me of a childhood sponge painting.
Back to work. Busy week....what else is new?!
Chins up, boobs out...good advice!
Hmmm... Maybe that should be the motto of this happy little board?
Morning Orion and Adgal. My Boobs are always out, especially for this bunch. Let's not talk about the chinS !!
Awwww... come on BB we can talk about anything here> Chins and all!
uh, i don't have boobs...
it's figurative hun!
