doing well... not TOO happy about having to get out the fall and winter weather gear, but at night, it will be great to warm up next to redhot, so that's a positive...

I'm just fine - having a pretty early start to my day - we both felt lazy last night and were in bed by a little after 9 - so here I am up a little earlier than normal. BUT, I'm sitting here with the windows wide open waiting for the sun to start lighting the sky, so I don't have to deal with that fall/winter gear stuff

i actually don't mind the weather at all... i can't wait for the first big snow... this year, i've decided that i HAVE to get into Central Park after a big snow and take photos, before it's marred by others... i've been wanting to do that eversince moving here 9 years ago, but THIS year is it...

I lived in the high country of Colorado for a few years - there's nothing quite like the peacefulness of gently falling snow. However, I have now gotten to the point where I prefer WARMTH on a daily basis
After living in desert-like environments for the last few years, I've grown very used to wearing as little clothing as possible!

I grew up in Oakland, but i remember winter trips we made to visit the grandparents when we were little, up to the Mt Shasta area... and i remember the SNOW... i mean there was a LOT of snow!!! we would build forts and have snowball fights and such... but i know after all these years, it just doesn't happen like that anymore, up there... and it was quite different from how it snows here... but that was more rural, and this is DEFINITELY more urban and the snow is much dirtier...
anyhoo, i actually have to do some work down in the showroom... i'll be back later! enjoy the coffee and muffins!
Morning Boobs!!! did you thank Michael for the coup yesterday?

I saw that - it was like one of the rebellious teens insisting on sneaking a glass of champagne before finally being escorted back upstairs.

The 'Gov'na', as some here refer to him, cracks me up - and he has an almost preternatural maturity for a young man his age!

I can so see him as Harold Hill!

Boobs - since you like Liz so much, I wondered if you had heard (or have) this recording - it's all her favorite songs from the sixties! We got it when we saw her this past year, and like it a lot.

Hi, all.
I've been in the office for over an hour, and this is the first chance I've had to check in.
Thanks for the muffins, joeyjoe...
Hi to Boobs, DG, Mom and Somms!
I LOVE this cool weather. It makes me feel so alive. It's not freezing yet...just crisp and energetic. And, I love being able to pile a few extra blankets on my bed and snuggle in my flannel...

DG - I actually adore my career. Although the schedule and the stress can sometimes get to me, I think I thrive on it in a strange kind of way...
However, if I can save up enough $$$ to get out of this game and enjoy an early retirement, there is no shortage of activities which would fill my day!!

Morning SOMMS and Addy.
Thanks DG..I don't have that CD...I will go purchase it right now being I'm doing some early Christmas shopping online right now. If you don't get the "HOT" toys right now they sell out quickly. At least I'll have my 4 nephews out of the way..yea !!!!
