Well, Pip, that would certainly get you off on the right foot with many people here!
Glitz - subtlety, remember subtlety.
Pip - why don't you tell people a little bit about yourself, just so they can know where you're coming from.

Oh how I have missed this thread. It is so very nice to be back among the BWW adults. Welcome to the adult world Pip, and Glitz, of course you're an adult. An no, we are not dull. Sure, we do talk a LOT about laundry, but somehow adgal and kmf make it sound anything but mundane.
I sing for myself. I sing when I want, whenever I want to, just for me. I sing for my own pleasure. Do you understand that?

Well, let's see... I was born and raised in the middle of Illinois and I just graduated this summer with a degree in business administration. Just started this job about 3 weeks ago as a contracts administrator and I've thanked God every day since for the way my office is situated so that my computer screen faces away fromt he door!
I love language, I love conversation, I'm intrigued by points of view that make me step outside my normal world, I don't know...What else do you want to know?

Pip pumpkin, here is the schedule of deliveries. You will bring me coffee with cream and sugar. After that you make deliveries to Boobs and NYadgal. They will let you know how they take it. Anyone else from this thread needing coffee will let you know and you will add them to your delivery list. Once deliveries are done I expect you back at my place for your chores. They will need to be completed in time for you atke lunch orders and make your afternoon deliveries.

Pip - perfect! Concise, and full of the reasons why you are welcome to 'audit' the thread
Nina - if there were any question as to your suitability for guidance, I believe it has been removed.

DC is lovely this time of year, DG, thanks for asking. I need to get out of the office more. I think I will force myself to get out and take some walks on the mall during lunch next week. I trust Southern California is as glorious as always.
And as for Glitz, I have it on good authority that he will fit in just fine...
And as for laundry, my new laundry room is almost complete! I cannot wait!!!!!

Glitz - my goodness, are you that discerning in every aspect of your life?

Sorry, KMF. I forgot you used to be on Bwaysinger's deliverly list.
I think Bwaysinger was only 22 or 23 so, this is good. Pip is the right age and, with that "yes ma'am" I see he has the right attitude. He also seems like an intelligent young man. Just right for training from the adults
Pip, you will also be referred to as The Boy. That was Bwaysinger's moniker when he had this job. Do well and you'll graduate like he did.
I need to run. Will you all let Boobs and NY know we officially have a new boy?

Pip -- I may have missed it -- where are you living now? Still in the heartland?
Addie -- my Miele is yours -- but remember -- - we have a 2 hour and 12 minute wash cycle -- very hot water -- almost to the boiling point...then we have to dry off!

BT - I used to love walking the Mall - I LIVED at the Smithsonian. The only visualization I've seen of it lately was in Mr. Moore's movie - and I think if I were walking around there now with all that'security' in place I'd just do nothing but cry. October is extraordinarily beautiful there, but my favorite is still Cherry Bloosom time

Pip, my coffee order is easy - strong (but not bitter), black and in a glass cup - no paper for me.
