Hi, Mom! Pretty good. Guess I constributed to the quiet today. I had a project that I had to get done...and it took me all day. How is your day going?

Not to bad thanks! Had several projects going that needed to be seen to. Tons of laundry, some other trivial things that needed to be done to day (bills.... ick!) So hopefully I can be on line a little more tomorrow during the day.

Hello there
On my way out to take my beautiful Robert to his acting class, and just stopped in to say hi. So, 'hi'
Pip - glad you got some work done - it doesn't seem to have taken you long to figure out how to prioritize your time - good job!

I'm trying to control my BWW time a little better at work!
I can't believe how fast time can fly when your just having little conversations! Sometimes I just can't stay away, though!!!

Pip - I think we can ALL identify with that, having fallen into that trap ourselves on occasion! Just remember, you can't do anything in secret here, so you're always going to be watched - we'll keep you in line
have a great evening - you could do no better than to spend some time with mom!

As much as I'd love to do that...I have a special place in my heart for moms...I need to run some errands. I'm moving this weekend and I have a few more things to pick up in order to at least be able to somewhat live on my own! It's amazing how much junk you need to set up housekeeping! Have a great evening everyone!!

Hi kids... another late night.
Pip - I found our pink coffee solution. Some friends of mine just took me to a new coffee bar in Hells Kitchen called FLUFF. Pink coffee cups. Pink cookies. Pink cupcakes. I kept the pink ribbon that decorated my dessert!
Then we went for pink drinks. My friends are insane.

Addie, Fluff is a fun-looking place... LOVE the lighting!!! There is a new restaurant opening up at 9th and 52nd, i think, called Xing, sometime this fall... hoping to check it out... it's owned by the same gentleman who owns The Renaissance...

Morning, all
Addie, sorry about your boys - but it was pretty exciting - and if you're going to win, I've always felt it better to have to triumph over adversity.
Nina - Thanks for the nice thought - I actually am the oldest of three - and that role is probably the one I've been most comfortable with in my life. They tell me I'm pretty good at it - but maybe that's because I've told them to say that

Good Morning DG. I was thinking this morning about our old friend Torontoboy.

Good morning kids! I finally erradicated one project from my desk and now it's on to the next. Hopefully, this one will allow me a bit more time to play. I really don't understand why I have to work so hard for the money they pay me. Isn't being cute, witty and a breath of sunshine value enough?

Boobs - that's kinda weird, because I thought about him last night. I think it's because we're getting the first page of the thread when we click in, and I've been thinking back on what's transpired in this time period. It's a shame to me that he just disappeared, and I kind of wish we could have some idea of what happened. Having no closure is such a strange place to be left, in any situation.

Good morning friends! SOMMS I so agree with you on the being cute and witty remark! BB I think we should just have an IV drip of caffeine going day round.
Gray and rainy here as well.

It's grey and rainy on the left coast, as well - but we're ecstatic about that! We seriously needed this - it's a miracle we didn't have a repeat of last year's fire season.

DG..I even have his regular email, but get no response. I'm very saddened by this. I hope he is okay...the last we spoke he was having terrible migranes.
