That's a Flake Cake. I think they're really long chocolate shavings that are bundled up into a tubelike thingy. I've only had them in the UK. But they might be found here. Have you checked Tea and Sympathy, Boobs? They carry a lot of things from the UK that aren't usually found here...

Hello All from rainy Atlanta!

All this talk of deep fried candy bars - whew! I was good today and just had a green salad w/turkey breast and fruit salad for lunch. Pretty boring compared to Deep Fried Snickers and Mars bars!
