Jeez...working is SUCH an interference!! It's hard to keep up with you guys! Ok, here goes... I believe I would be much more effective working under K since I believe that our strategic indicators would usually point in the same direction...and there's something to be said for consistency of purpose. At the same time, since K is acting as a "clearing house" for Addy, it is apparent that my efforts would directly impact his ability to effectively serve Addy... So, for all intents and purposes I WOULD be working for both of them. If I can keep K happy, then rhe results should keep Addy happy. And there's nothing better than a happy staff!!

Ugh! The ironic thing (after all the stuff on this thread) is that I'm waiting for my HR guy to call me back - because I want to make a job offer to someone today... and I'm so afraid she's going to accept another offer if I don't get to her first.
