Good morning all. I'm here at work..ugh !!! Stood in the freezing cold waiting for the bus this morning which showed up 20 minutes late...just gotta love mass transit !!! Well on the bright side...we close at 1 p.m....yippee.

Good morning. How was everyone's Thanksgiving?
I'm glad to see I'm not the only person at work today. I wish we closed at 1:00 but I am here until 4:00. God, it was freezing this morning. I took the new puppy out for her morning walk at 5:00 and was begging her to please hurry up and releive herself so I could get back inside under a hot shower.

Orion...that's why I get my puppies in the spring so by time that winter chill gets here they have their routine down. Daddy does not like to stand in the cold begging.
BTW....How is the new puppy doing??? She is sooooo adorable.

I should have thought about that before deciding to get her. She's doing great though. We've only had her since Monday night and she is already housebroken and responding to commands like "sit" and "down" when she gets excited and starts jumping too much. She's such a little diva though.

That's the one thing I still can't break my Golden from is jumping on people when they enter my home...it drives me crazy. Even when I walk in he does it to me. He loves hugs. I usually have to put him in the yard when company arrives until he settles down.

The jumping is a tough one. My pup will eventually sit but she's so excited when one of gets home that it's hard for her to even focus on the command. I find that I have to stand still and not give hera ny attention until she is calm....then once she starts getting the attention the jumping starts again.
