SOMMS -- that's a great idea -- I always thought there was no way to ruin a green bean (other than overcooking until they are gray) -- but the casserole is certainly one way to ruin a good bean....

I think I'll be eating Thanksgiving leftovers until Christmas. Mom always cooks for fifty even when there are only ten. As much as I argue that I don't want to eat all that fattening food at home, I still end up taking it home becasue she can't have it around...it's too fattening. Where is the logic in that?

I should send you some pie. I still have plenty of pumpkin, apple, pecan, riccotta and some sour cherry cheescake. I can't throw food away so i have no choice but to keep eating and gaining weight.
