funny how the desserts never last! Pies go very quickly in my house (I thing because they make good breakfast!)
One thing I like to do with my left wovers is make a "Thanksgiving Shepards Pie"....
Fold/mold left over stuffing into a buttered pie dish and bake for about 10 minutes (to crisp and serves as your pie crust bottom)
Meanwhile make a bechemel sauce and when thickend add left turkey and any left over veggies (or add some new ones if there are not any). Pour into your pie plate
Top with remaining mashed potoates as you top crust and then bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes (or top of potatoes are browned)
Slice, serve and top with gravy....
