As for your Phlegm, try broncaid.. they are pills and help tremendously to clear the nastiness in your lungs and sinuses..

i say, drink tea. my friend was once a big role and he came down with a horrible flu... a sore throat and everything...
he stayed in bed for a while...or if you have to do something else like work or school, get to bed early... eat chickeny soup. I hope everything turns out alright.
