I'm actually happy. I just pretty much finished required reading for the year.

What was the best book you have read so far, would you say?

It is. I have to think about it. There have been so many! Updated On: 2/13/05 at 10:30 PM

My answer(s) would also depend upon if you could count plays as books, I think. Wasn't that Ebonic's Question of the Week, too?

I just finished Deception Point by Dan Brown and loved it. I also loved The Da Vinci Code.

Plays can count.

MFL, I've never been much of a fan on Dan Brown, but I have never heard of Deception Point. What's it about?

Loved the Da Vinci Code, MFL... but then again I'm a big history geek.

Delph, I think I'd say Angels in America, then.

Oh, Emcee, that's fabulous! My answer would be Les Miserables and Angels in America. AiA fans unite! Updated On: 2/13/05 at 10:36 PM

*hugs AiA script*
Life.

The Normal Heart is close up there, too, but I don't think I'd necessarily have gone out and read it if I hadn't seen the play, so I don't know that it really counts.
As for actual book, I'm hopelessly in love with The Picture of Dorian Gray. I have no idea why.

I LOVE The Picture of Dorian Gray. I read it last spring and thought it was fabulous. Basil is the greatest. I totally cried when he died.

As for AiA, which do you like better, Millenium Approaches or Perestroika?

As for The Normal Heart... *runs off to amazon.com*

I have yet to read Perestroika, I haven't found time to track it down.

oh, and Delph... I like Perestroika better, I think. I tend to forget what happens in which one. It kind of depends on the day. They're so different. And yes, you do that running. The Normal Heart is one of my most prized possessions. I think I've read through it something like thirteen times. I don't think these boards knew what to do with me when it closed.

It was FANTASTIC. I'll post something in my blog whenever I don't like I'm going to die of tiredness. I've barely sat down all weekend.
