Sorry, but I don't see where you can compare the two. if someone has a gun and shoots someone, it was deliberate. I believe this woman was in a mad frenzy, and everything she hit was accidental. Not the same as pointing and shooting. (haha, get the photography reference?)

I don't think she knew what she was doing, the woman wasn't in her right mind. I mean, taking her child with her to ram through barricades?
Bottom line - I don't think death should be the penalty of ramming through a barricade, or any of the other things. SUBDUE.
