Statement from Rees to E!: ?At least when those pictures of me came out, I admitted I was wrong and told young women in America how big of a mistake it was and to be careful because everything can affect your future,? she said. ?That?s more than Carrie has done. She has lied about her age when she took the photos, lied about how many there were and hasn?t acknowledged that she was wrong by breaking the contract. It?s funny that Donald Trump said on the Today Show this morning that Katie Rees? images were more racy. Yeah- Shuster was dead on. Also, the contract for the Miss California pageant does not spell out if nude photos have to be racy or not- it just asks if nude pictures were ever taken. As Rosie said- so now Donald Trump is the voice of morality. Does that mean that all contestants can now pose for Playboy because those photos are artistic? PAHLEEZE! I also found it funny that she told the nam,e of the photographer who released the photos. I'm waiting for him to come out to tell the truth of the photo shoot. It's funny how she said she couldn't remember everything she did when she was a teenager and yet she can remember how the weather was on the day of the shoot- PAHLEEZE I also found it funny that Trump had to mention his ratings for Celebrity Apprentice on his interview on the Today Show. I also saw him bragging about how his pageant was picked up for 3 more years and how Miss America has gone down the drain. Trump needs to just stick to Real Estate! Okay, I got to stop- my skin is just crawling!

P.S. the Lisa Nova spoof was great. She's very beautiful herself. Looking at the video shows you how stupid Prejean looked in her press conference

The woman is dumber than dirt! She tells Matt Lauer that she has done many photo shoots but then says if a photographer out there decides to release unauthorized photos of her, there is nothing she can do about it.

Um, how again are they unauthorized if she posed for them? Can anyone explain this to me? We all know Miss California has "Paid" Donald Trump back for saving her ass.What a skank!

Loved Bette on Rachel Ray going ballistic about the pageant-purchased boobs. Midler said that's the new low for the culture, and frankly it's a new indicator of how ludicrous the concept of "beauty pageants" has become. A feel-good triumph of the hometown girl at Miss America -- say what you will about its power in pre-feminist America, it was a root-for == has devolved into an anything for self-promotion come-on. I think this debacle will make the entire concept self-parody.

Former Miss USA, Shanna Moakler, has just resigned as co-executive director of the Miss California pageant, she has just confirmed to PerezHilton.com.

Moakler just sent us the following statement:

"Since the press conference yesterday, I had a chance to think about what has taken place, and I feel that at this time it is in my best interest to resign from the Miss California USA organization," states Shanna Moaker. "I can not with a clear conscious move forward supporting and promoting the Miss Universe Organization when I no longer believe in it, or the contracts I signed committing myself as a youth. I want to be a role model for young woman with high hopes of pageantry, but now feel it more important to be a role model for my children. I am sorry and hope I have not let any young supporters down but wish them the best of luck in fulfilling their dreams."

Prejean is sticking by her story that the wind took advantage of her top in the pic above, or at least that's what the pageant queen claimed at Tuesday's press conference.

The photographer responsible for snapping the boobie shots, though, is saying otherwise!

Dominic Petruzzi says that Miss California showed her funbags "spontaneously" during the photo shoot!

"She was totally posing and looking into the camera," said Petruzzi, and even claims Carrie checked out the nudes for herself after the shoot and had no problem with the titty flash!

"Miss California on Cable News: Fox & Friends Gives Carrie Prejean Her Chance

Miss California and Miss USA runner-up, Carrie Prejean, tossed around in the battle over gay marriage, will be a one-day guest host for Fox News Channel's popular morning show Fox & Friends, Whispers learns. She will host the 6 a.m.-to-7 a.m. slot on May 27, filling in for Gretchen Carlson?the 1989 Miss America?who will be off that day.

The decision to make her a one-day cohost was finalized yesterday?the same day Prejean and Miss USA owner Donald Trump appeared on Fox & Friends.

Suzanne Scott, Fox vice president for programming, filled me in on the details of the gig for Prejean, who was thrust into the headlines when she rejected gay marriage during the Q&A part of the pageant. "We're just using her one time," she said, "to sit with the boys and have some fun." The boys are cohosts Steve Doocy and Brian Kilmeade. "She has become a national celebrity in the last few weeks, and it's a fun thing to do," said Scott. "It's a good way to try get a little buzz and fun for the show. We'll see what happens with it," she added.

Fox & Friends has used news celebs before, and some have gone on to bigger and better things. Scott recalled using Tiki Barber on Fox & Friends while he was a member of the New York Giants. "He went off to become a TV star," she said. However, said Scott, there have been no talks with Prejean about a future with Fox.

Scott didn't know yet what the focus of the May 27 show will be, and Prejean might have to come in the day before to prepare."

I'm so confused.

It's okay for a woman to get fake boobs for a pageant, parade her body in a swimsuit, wear an evening gown, assume some fakely tanned, processed form of "beauty", etc. But it's not okay for her to pose for nude photos, to further her modeling career.

The only difference here is nipple showage, as usual.

Oh, and apparently, it's against Miss USA pageant rules to be pregnant or have ever given birth. Uh...why?

No surprise that she would show up on Fox. It just makes me hate this situation more that this woman has totally overshadowed the real winner! When she was on The Today show- I watched her attitude change when Matt asked her if there were more pictures out there. She got real agitated and not very pageant like. I really hope more things come out to prove what a liar and opportunist this girl is. Enough already!
