Celebrating Play-Doh!

Dough: I'm sorry you didn't get it.
Dough can be rolled or kneeded, pressed down and crushed. It rises high, but often falls flat after one brief shining moment. It comes in many forms including SOUR. Dough can be tough, sweet, flat, and bitter.
Dough can be falsely appealing like a doughnut, and baked to long so that it is crusty. All of these meanings are the play "FindingPlaydough."
I do know you have that OCD to control all things said on the board, but you failed once again.
Your sloppy humor obviously stems from an idle intellect.
Getting dumped is tough.

Posted: 10/19/06 at 11:10pmSherrod, Jack, and Ned just cut and ran to get the DOUGHnuts for this morning. You know, we're in Okinawa already celebrating Nancy's ascending to the throne.

The fun never stops at the Fun Factory (tm)!

Posted: 10/19/06 at 11:32pmThe fun factory pissed me off because in the commercial it showed a girl making a long tube. You couldn't really make the long tube. It had to have a cut in it. I am not sure why that annoyed me. False advertising, I guess. And the play-doh always got stuck in the creases and dried and got crusty. If you changed the color play-doh you were using, the color you were using before (which was still lurking in the creases) got mixed in. True yellow lasted such a short period of time.

Posted: 10/19/06 at 11:57pmYou're right. You had to close in the gap to make a tube. And it was impossible to do it perfectly.

You have to use a toothpick to clean the remaing colors out of the creases and corners...or just a spritz of cooking spray to keep the doh from sticking to the plastic.
You're not ready for this, but....for a school project
I once made an entire Carousel from Play Doh (base was a coffee can covered with DOH. Around the base, cut out silver paper for mirrors, comic book charachters for photos. Made all DOH animals, using colored straws for the poles that went up their bellies) Oh! It was grand!
But I still think my brother's "dog turds" were the best. (mixed them with a few pinches of dirt and grass for a realistic affect. Got grounded for the day, but so worth it!)
