Posted: 1/29/05 at 12:30amDefinately hot! Especially when you go from a place that never has any snow, to a place that gets inches over night!

I'd rather it have a cooling effect. "I'll die, I'll simply die!" without it. I need some lotion though. My hands dry out really bad and I accidently burned my hand on one of the coils on the stove and the dryness is making it hurt worse.
Ehhh I'll survive though.

love me some popcorn flavored jelly belly chapstick...
#16re: Chapstick...
Posted: 1/29/05 at 2:18amI never got into using chapstick. Worse, I desperately need it -- I have a bad habit of biting the skin off my lower lip, so my lips are constantly chapped or bleeding or whatnot. A chapstick would help me out, but like moisturizer, I just can't get into the habit of using it.

well, how about I just use my lips to apply it for you?

Posted: 1/29/05 at 2:29amIt's always absolutely URGENT that there's something on my lips! I don't use Chaptick or Blistex (or any of those) because they perform cruel tests on animals - but the Mac Lip Conditioner is the single greatest toiletry every created.

After trying them all.. Chapstick, Neutragena, Carmex (which is a mid West thing, I found out)...I've got one I'm hooked on. A company called Melaleuca (mail order)http://www.melaleuca.com
has great natural products with tea tree oil. I use them all exclusively...but I am passionate about their lip balm. They've got it in vanilla with real vanilla bean or pina colada. Both go on smooth and slick, contain tea tree oil which is excellent for the skin and taste wonderfully like their flavors! I buy 3 at a time. My whole family uses them exclusively. I'm so hooked on them, I order them for all my friends as gifts.
Ok...so I am obbsessive about what I put in or on my body.

Totally hot. I love me some Blistex Spa Effects, and of course, carmex is great when you want your lips healed overnight. Or your spending a day in 10 degree weather in Chicago, and you don't want anything to happen to them. It's great.
GO CARMEX!
