Nice man. And Brett Somers's favorite blank of hearts.

Paul Lynde. Charles Nelson Reilly.
Pretty much all we have left are Rip Taylor, Mario Cantone and Patrick Wilson.
Cherish them all while we still have them.
And I noticed it on the Main Board

A lovely man. He taught acting classes here in the valley. He told such wonderful stories.
I was just flipping through the TV channels this morning and came across Match Game on the game show network. C.N.R. was on the show. How ironic.
Had a chance to meet and talk with him in 1978. A very nice man. May he rest in peace.

It's a disgrace that the NY Times Obit I read yesterday did not mention his role in "Hello, Dolly!".

I sure as hell hope it mentioned his most important role: as HooDoo the Magician on Lidsville with TV's Butch Patrick.
"Hoo-hoo, how's THAT for a topper, hoo-hoo."
Oh, and as the singing Fig Newton. "Chewy chewy rich and gooey inside, golden flakey tender cakey outside, wrap the inside in the outside, is it good? Dart tootin'. Doing the Fig (fig) Fig (fig) Newtonnnnnnn! Hoo-hoo."
Watching reruns of TMG really brings me back
I always got a kick out of him & I tuned in for either him or Rayburn. He was great
He was such a quick wit - always on target and breathtakingly funny.

Alec Baldwin and Will Ferrell are hilarious.
I think Chalres was more talented than some give him credit for.
He did a really good episode of X-Files several years back and I remember on the Broadway Golden Age dvd he told some really great stories.
