Until seeing Hush, Hush Sweet Charlotte again last night, I forgot just how great an actor Agnes Moorhead truly was.

I only recently saw that movie via NetFlix. I laughed so hard at the beginning when Bruce Dern gets nailed in the gazebo.
I agree, though, Elphaba. I didn't realize how versatile she was.
And Victor Buono! I'm embarrassed to say that prior to seeing that movie, I knew him primarily as King Tut.
Don't forget Mary Astor as Jewell Mayhew!
I think I remember hearing that Vivien Leigh was asked to play the Olivia role after Joan backed out. She said something like "I could look at Joan Crawford at 4 in the morning on a Southern plantation, but not Bette Davis."
Elphaba, I thought I was the only one watching. Too funny. Camp to the nth power.
It's going to be on again at noon Eastern time today.
LOL lildogs! That's great!
I'm watching it now for the first time. Classic camp.

that movie scared the pee pee outta me when i was little. And what was the deal w/ the hand in a box? did she really keep her lovers mummified hand in a box? or was it some wax mold or something? whatever it was I was creeped out.
