god. i was skeptical going into this. i played the preview on amazon. 3 hours later i still have it on repeat.

Cher doesn't write music. I understand she took songwriter credit on a couple tracks but it would be far more accurate to write "It does seem like her producers chose song to be played in a gay club."

Brilliant pop and power ballads. Ask Gaga about her new album and she goes into a diatribe about Marina Abramovic. Ask Madonna about her secretpoprevolution and she talks about Russia for 10 minutes. Ask Cher about Closer To The Truth, "I had fun making it. I hope you like it. If you don't, whatever." Great disc. Love Cher.
