It is now officially out and I LOOOOOOOOOVE it. There are a couple of songs I am not a big fan of, but overall, I think it is a great album.

I love Glam and Desnudate! Both have huge hit potential, and I heard Pitbull is doing a Desnudate remix. Woo Hoo is good, and so are the title song, Sex for Breakfast, I Am, Lift Me Up, and Vanity. Bobblehead is another cool song.

I was a bit unsure about this era after 'Not Myself Tonight', along with quite a few fans, but the end result is great.

My tastes don't lean toward techno/dance (although I have grown to love Gaga!) so I really can't get into this album.

I have only heard up through Glam (halfway)though.

I did like Bionic, but skipped past Woohoo after about 2 minutes.

I mean this in the most loving way: I hope this record bombs big-time.

That way she can be herself, have a comeback, and not be so damned insecure.

This record is just plain lousy.

She's debuted at number 3 on Billboard closely behind the new Glee and Twilight soundtracks.

Considering those two are the biggest entertainment franchises around right now, it's not bad.

The sales aren't great, but to be fair...people respond to singles, and she's only got ONE semi-hit so far to sell this album.

Really though. This album is horrid. Not to mention she has a song called "Vanity", so does Gaga. Even though Gaga's "Vanity" is unreleased and a leak, it is miles ahead of Xtina's.

I'm a professional. Whenever something goes wrong on stage, I know how to handle it so no one ever remembers. I flash my %#$&. "Jayne just sat there while Gina flailed around the stage like an idiot."

Nothing about this album screams "GaGa."

Also, just because the title is the same, it's 2 COMPLETELY different songs.

I am so F**KING tired of the GaGa comparisons. People are acting like she has never done upbeat songs before. This is "Stripped's" sister in regards to sound. I can not wait until the day GaGa goes away and people can make pop albums again without being compared to her.

No one is debating Aguilera recording upbeat songs. I'm talking about the whole look and premise of the project. She's just jumpin' on the bandwagon. Actually GaGa and Aguilera should both be kissing Grace Jones' black ass...how about that?

Okay, the only reason why people now compare Xtina and Gaga are because Xtina COMPLETELY copied Gaga in her video for "Not Myself Tonight." She wore an almost identical hair piece!

Anyone else feel like putting 3 (or was it 4?) slow jams in a row right in the middle killed the momentum? I mean, one to break up the tempo, but 3 in a row?

And the first one sounds like a tuneless Janet Jackson ballad.

Anyway, the second half was definitely better than the first. I won't be buying it as a whole although I may download a song or two.

And spidey, I don't think even Xtina would deny the Gaga homage. It's obviously a specific choice to capitalize on what's hot right now.

^It's four. After "I Am," the only hot song is "Vanity." "Woo Hoo" through "Lift Me Up" is the best, however.

I see verrrrry little resemblance between Christina and Gaga in that video, and I'm saying that as a fan of both.

It was 'Madonna' through and through, IMO.

The comparisons are really boring now. 'BIONIC' sounds absolutely nothing like anything Gaga has done. It's a flawed album, but it's far stronger than people are giving it credit for.

I wonder how differently it would be being received if there hadn't been a hate campaign launched against Christina? It's not to everyones taste and it certainly isn't her best, but it really doesn't deserve the negativity it's getting.

For the record, I think Christina's 'Vanity' is a far more interesting track. It's a bit of a mess, but I don't find Gaga's that engaging.

Was she influenced by GaGa? Sure. GaGa has put a spin on pop music that is popular and to stay current, singers/musicians/etc. have to go with it to stay relevant. Madonna is the prime example of this. She went with 80s pop....dabbled in more Sheryl Crow type music when that was popular....got back into dance pop once Britney became famous, etc. Inspired/Influenced by? Sure. Copied? NO!

CS - if the hair-piece you are talking about is the big fluffy wig thing, Christina wore something similar shortly after the Lady Marmalade video. She even wore it to an awards show, which pre-dates GaGa by a few years.

Again, nothing in Christina's album is a direct rip off of what's on GaGa's album. Nothing at all.
