Dukie - As many in the world have pointed out, with America stomping about the world making their opinion the one to answer to, then YES, I do think the world at large should have a say in our leadership - as it affects them. When we narcissistic, selfish, lazy and dogmatic Americans can keep our noses in our own ass where it belongs, THEN you can tell the world to fu*k off - until then, answer to your idiocy or SHUT THE HELL UP!!~!~!!!!

DGrant i'm just going to drop it. being that you want to be very imature and rude i really don't care to go into this with you. cause your only going to see things your way and seeing that you can't seem to speak to people with respect and debate like someone your age should i don't care to speak with you about this. so you SHUT THE HELL UP until you can speak to people with respect.

Except for what America does really DOES have an affect on the rest of the world, that's pretty obvious.
It means I may never move to the States to realize my dreams of Broadway because of national security.
It means sending out Canadian soldiors, my friends, to support an American cause.
It means so many things on an international level.

How the rest of the world views us shouldn't matter jack crap to us as voters. What SHOULD matter is what our leaders are doing in those foreign countries as it pertains to International Law. The french will always hate us. But as long as I'm not breaking any rules or laws, that is their ignorant opinion. I can be a "filthy American" in their eyes as long as they wish. The problem is: we HAVE violated international law by abandoning the UN. (This is the second time we've done it, too.) I want Bush to be out of office because he refuses to acknoledge to ANYONE that he violated ANYTHING. It has nothing to do with how we're viewed, and everything to do with accountablility, again, as it pertains to International Law. To quote the greatest movie of all time: it's not personal, it's business.
