I hate having to wake up every morning with my throat itching, eyes watery, ears plugged up, and nose full of snot(sorry to gross you out.)

BFB, I got myself one of them nose douches and I'll be damned if it didn't work.
I have those things in my nose that will sometimes block the entire passageway (no, not boogers) and it makes it impossible for me to use this during allergy season.
They're called nasal polyps. I had them, had them removed, and they grew back, as was expected.

Jane, did yours flair up periodically or were they a full-time problem?
Mine only block my nasal passage when I'm having allergic reactions to animals, pollen, smoke, etc.
Namaste, I've had a lifetime of allergies. Even in the home movies we had, little Jane at three years old always had a hanky pinned on her dress!
Anyway, the polyps of course were always there, and always were preventing a totally clear nasal passage, but as you said, it only becomes a real problem during allergy seasons.

That's terrible.
And they came back after surgery? No fun.
I've always had a runny nose or sneeze attacks. It's a part of life. I go through a box of tissues every two weeks or so. I've gotten to the point where I know that each tissue costs 4.5 cents so I try to use every dry corner possible.

Haha,I hear you! I always have a crumpled up tissue in my hand. I wake up in the morning with it still in my hand!
I can totally relate. I have woken up a few times to my nose totally stuffed and my nose and throat itching. It's a great feeling, especially if I have to go to work.
I actually got tested for allergies when I was in high school, because I got some weird sinus infection thing, that wasn't going away. All they could confirm is that I'm allergic to animal dander, which is ironic, since I have been around pets my entire life. I still am, actually. But I found out that is the reason I can tolerate being around them. Had I not been exposed, I probably wouldn't be able to.
I think I'm allergic to other stuff too, but who knows.

OMG seriously!
itchy eyes, stuffy nose, asthma, and hives.
fun stuff.
At least I know I'm not alone >.<
I'd like to go live in Colorado or Arizona for a while...according to my allergist it would be perfect for me.

I am one of those people who has never had problems with allergies of any sort. But, I have a rather pathetic immune system.

Really? Weird. Everytime I go to CO I have the WORST allergies. I can't even handle it.

When I was in Arizona my allergies didn't bother me AT ALL.
Unfortunately, that is not the case now. I've got a few songs I need to work on and my allergies are so bad right now it hasn't been happening.
