Apparently there was an earlier report saying that he was found half-naked. I wonder if maybe erotic asphyxiation was involved? Either way, how sad.

What's really outrageous is that Carradine was asked to play Asian again in the latest Crank movie. You know, the one released this year. Yellowface is alive and well.
That said, RIP, Mr. Carradine.

RIP, I thought he was wonderful.
Poor Martha Plimptom, first time she is nominated for a Best Featured Actress in a Musical category at the Tonys and she probably won't be able to attend. My thoughts are with her and the rest of David's family.

Binder said a producer of the movie, "Stretch," which Carradine was to act in, called him from Thailand to tell him what was happening there.
"I do not want to get in the middle of this whole investigation, but this guy said to me for sure there was foul play," Binder said.
A producer who was on location with Carradine would, probably, know if he'd been seen with anyone or if something was amiss. I wouldn't be shocked if it came out that someone else had been in the room with him but panicked and ran.

That being said, this behavior ( auto erotic) would be a new twist for him- in almost 5 yrs here in TO I never heard of this behavior. Either it was new ( and he wasn't very good @ it) or something fishy is going on.
