I'm confused, wasn't there supposed to be another "scandal" that someone mentioned here a few weeks ago (that didn't seem to surface), that would have caused him not to seek reelection?

It did surface. It had to do with a domestic abuse claim against one of his aides.

I wonder what SNL is going to open with this week.

Good riddance. The bid itself was quixotic.

I think SNL is still not on until next week. Really though, Paterson is a bigger joke no matter how hard Fred Armisen tries. Still though- NEW JERSEY!!!!!!!!!

SNL is on tomorrow with Jennifer Lopez as both musical guest and host so yeah they really aren't back on until next week!

That scandal turned out not to have happened.

But Obama wanted him out of the race, the New York Times was against him, Wall Street was against him. Andrew Cuomo is the darling of all Democrats because he consistently polls well.

And the blind guy stood up for gay marriage.

He never stood a chance.

He was dealth a losing hand from the beginning . Maybe Cuomo should start his transition early & start planning for his coronation.
