Apparently there was a POWER SURGE and their GENERATORS ENGAGED and their GRID ERUPTED and there was MASSIVE FLOODING and their system was SPENT.

You'd think they'd be used to this sort of thing at Rentboy.com.

If that *is* what happened and there are a couple thousand guys around the world advertising their services on the site, that does explain this seemingly interminable refractory period.
