Has anyone else has problems with them? I'd heard good things, and now I'm having the worst time getting the cd's I ordered. They were both listed "In Stock", not 1 cd has been "In Process" for a week, and the other was backordered and won't be there until approx July 11. They refuse to cancel my order, even though their site says nothing has been charged.
Anyone else have a problem with them?

I didn't even know this place existed! I've been dealing with Deep Discount DVD for a long time (100% satisfaction) and always wished there were a discount CD place. Please update if you hear anymore about your order.
Their refusal to cancel an order that hasn't been charged baffles me. I assume they ship all items from an order at once, since the shipping is free. It bothers me that the item was backordered, as it's an in print cd that every major online cd store has. It was a buck cheaper and there's no shipping or tax, so I got it. I hope it works out okay. It's a great site, I just hope their are results soon.
how do you find anything? I can't find anything Broadway related on that site...

I took a peek on their website...it doesn't seem like that great a deal to me. It seemed like most CDs were about $14 each. I think you could probably get comprable prices as BestBuy, and (though I've never bought anything from their website) I believe they have free shipping...not that that helps you in your current situation. Did they give you an initial turn around time? A week+ for something that's in stock seems a bit much.
