Why do you do this to yourself? At least Google won't make fun of you.
I almost broke my glass dining room table from the head thunk. Thanks, Amanda.

I second the headdesking Margo.
It started as a play, and I believe is still one of the longest running thrillers. Had several major cast changes, including Robert Reed of "Brady Bunch" fame. My lighting project was on this play, and it's a lot of fun.

And it's probably had more than 10,000 productions around the country since the 70s. It seemed like every college, dinner theatre, community theatre and semi-professional company did the damn thing at one point or another for the next 20 years afterwards (partly because it's cheap and only needs one set and a small cast, plus audiences loved it). By comparison, the movie barely caused a blip on the radar.
They should also make a Broadway version of the film "Dreamgirls", I saw it the other day and I thought it would be good on Broadway. :P
Blaxx-lol!
I'm listening to the soundtrack to COMPANY, starring some Raul person. I've never seen the movie, but it sounds like it'd be AWESOME on Broadway!
ehhh, a stage version of Dreamgirls would be horrible. I don't see it working. I mean, Beyonce created that role, and IMO, no one else would be able to do it justice.
Good poiny pippin. And there's too much dialogue.
I'd like to see a non-musical version of HAIRSPRAY on the big screen.
I know. Crazy talk.
ugggh, exactly. Dialogue is the death of musicals.
Crazy, crazy.
I know! Like, the other day, I saw this other Jennifer woman, trying to copy Jennifer Hudson's song - like she even sang the song the same way, but she was, really, like, older....not cool to try to copy Jennifer Hudson after she won the Oscar and everything.
COULD be versatile.
did he do a porn?
I have always considered him a top.
I guess all the sarcasm had no effect on her.
I read that the music for the SWEENEY TODD movie was written by Sondheim. I'm sure it's going to be AWESOME!
Do you think they'll write it for a Broadway musical too?
That guy who was on The Simpsons? Wow, cool!
Did you all know that both the movie and the musical TITANIC was based on something real? Wow!
Oh yeah right D2. And Mama Rose was a real person! Sheesh.
Velma Kelly is a totally fictional, made up character.
