Prior to the Pandemic and recent health issues, I was an avid walker. Participated in a number of 5K's, 10K's and Half Marathons. Have now restarted my almost-daily walking routine, and feeling so good (mentally and physicaly) because of it.
Next up, husband and I plan to make it to Honolulu in December 2026. He will do his first full marathon, and I will do the 10K. Honolulu is very generous with their races because there is NO time limit. However long it takes youi, they keep the finish line open.
This is a "flyover" of the Honolulu Marathon route. A LOT of walking/running (26.2 miles).
Please share your personal exercise routine.
I used to live across the hall from a couple who owned a Cross-fit gym pretty close to our building. So. after their encouragement I joined their gym and do it 4 days a week and yoga the other 3 days. I also love walking outside daily, regardless of weather with or without a companion.

Yes. Since I WFH except for a few meetings a month, I have flexible work schedule. This means I can play tennis 2-3 times a week weather permitting (mostly mornings). Days, I don't play I usually jog, and my normal run is 5 miles. Weekend activity can include 45 min - 1 hr. walk with my wife around the neighborhood or in a local park. Due to some back issues years ago, I have incorporated doing back exercises (25 minutes) before playing tennis.

Got turned on to Tiff X Dan on Youtube over quarantine and really haven't looked back. Dan is...ahem...a wonderful inspiration.
