Do You Improv?

I've recently discovered that I'm EXTREMELY awesome at improving. What about youse guys?

I have an intense love for anything improvisational. My acting teacher senior year studied with Viola Spolin, so all we did was read Improvisation for the Theatre and play games. It was a blast.

We do this game in my class. Where 5 people are skipping around the stage you tell them to stop and they become art. And then someone has to sale the art it can be REALLY funny. I'm great at improv. My friends call me robin williams jr. because I can pop into any character at any time.

I love improv but i'm terrible at it haha. I'm taking an improv class next semester though so this should be interesting.

It varies for me. I either make a complete idiot of myself, or I have some really brilliant moments.

I do it, but it's hit or miss with me on the enjoyment/talent factor

I took an improv class a few years ago, and got nothing out of it. I'm not the best at improv, but sometimes I can think of something very good.

I Love Improv!

I am a member of San Diego Theater sports, teach improv to theater classes, and have my own improv torupe called "The Imps".

I have alot of training in Improv, it is a great skill as an actor to have.

I actually hate improv. I know its a great skill to have, and I'm actually pretty good at it, but I just don't like it one bit.

Count me as one of those who loves to improve, but is lesst than stellar.

I guess I have a moment or two, but besides that I just do it for the sheer fun of it.

in my acting class, we did a short scene in which a wife tells her husband that she is cheating on him with his best friend (i was the husband). the scene was never stopped and it eventually went on and on into a hugely intricate plotline involving the mafia. 'twas awesome. my husband character had a nervous breakdown, propositioned my wife and best friend into a threesome, joined said mafia, became a cat burglar, and was eventually murdered by a hitman when i tried to back out of the mob. improv rules!
