For a modest sum I think he can be persuadedto design for a caboose. But I am not sleeping with him to close the deal. Who do you want the head chef to be ? There has to be gourmet cuisine in the dinner theater.

Perhaps we can just throw a checkered tablecloth over the caboose and convince everyone it's a bistro table.
