Or is it good?
I'm looking forward to Phantom.
Have you seen FOCKERS?
I'll be seeing both in the next two days.
Can't say I'm particulary looking forward to either.
But I'm anxious to see how Phantom came out.
My friends saw Fockers today, and they said it was funny. But don't take their word for it.

I don't know if the Fockers suck, but I know mean people do.
Feodor I like your Avatar. :)
I, personally am DYING to see Fockers... Heard it's pretty funny and also, as you may or may not know, I'm a huge Barbra Streisand fan, so I'm psyched about her return to the big screen.
The Voice review of Phantom is so funny. Sounds like I would be clawing my eyes out within 30 minutes. That's how I felt when I saw the show and the Voice review says the movie lacks what little was good about that.
No the Fockers don't suck they fock.
Did you know that the woman who plays Ben Stiller's Mother was the original Fanny Brice in Funny Girl? And she has not been on Broadway since? She did do a few films, most notably the fantastic HELLO DOLLY! A role both Mary Martin and Ethel Merman performed!
Just thought you would like to know.
Saw it tonight because Phantom was sold out... which I found rather odd I thought it would be the opposite but I really enjoyed it. I honestly think it lived up to the first and I personally thought it was better.... though my local newspaper doesn't agree with me.

Carol Channing is in that Fockers movie?!!!! Oh, that's right, she didn't do the film version of "Hello, Dolly!", did she? It was that young girl-singer. I didn't know she was still around.
I should see it. It was produced by Tribeca Films.

She's fine, she's funny and looks terrific.
But Dustin Hoffmann walks away with the film.
She can't be happy about that.
Anyone see it today?
Just wondering, were Ben Stiller's parents ever considered for the role of the Fockers?
well, I haven't seen the fockers yet - may during christmas break, but I HAVE seen Phantom and DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Is it bad that I didn't laugh at the trailer?

I heard Ben say in an interview that yes, they very briefly considered using Jerry and Anne as the Fockers, but decided that would be too distracting - stunt casting - unlike, say, dragging Streisand out of semi-retirement.
Okay, so I just came home from seeing it and I was severely disappointed. I laughed maybe, once? Hoffman and Streisand were dead-on, but DeNiro was toeing the line of complete creepiness. I thought Blythe Danner was a cutie, as well as Teri Polo. Ben Stiller was the exact same as he is in every other movie he does. Many of the jokes were old about half an hour in and I got so bored. Barbra looks GOOD. I forgot how wonderful of an actress she is! Meet the Parents was by far funnier. Just my opinion, don't let it keep you from seeing it if you really want to.

Every time I see this thread, I am first annoyed with the bad grammar in the title. I know, I know. It's a movie, and the title is correctly phrased. But it's still rather sad that I am so obsessed with grammar that this would bug me. I guess that's what growing up in a house where you're charged $1 every time you end a sentence with a preposition will do to you.
