...is the name of a student who was just interviewed on the news. It seems that his school, Hudson Catholic in Jersey City, might be closing.

I've come across some unusual names through teaching (like Spontaneous McKnight) but Einstein Albert has to rank pretty high on that list.

While working today, I came across the personnel file of Mr. Willie Cox. Why someone felt the need to curse their child in that fashion I will never know.

We had a student named King David White. Most of the teachers had a problem calling him King David so his mother had to come in to complain to the principal.

I love it when parents name their kids like pets.

It's so cute.

One of my favorites was a semi finalist on America's Next Top Model...Spontaneous...actually, the spelling was wackier.

Think she was born in a cab?

Remember when Ricky Lake had that Maury-type show on tv? One of her guests was named Lasagne.

Jane, I just snorted.

That's like when I was on a diet back in the day and had this office job processing insurance applications. The first person on the list's name was Alfredo. It makes my stomach growl just thinking about it.

My friend's cleaning lady's name was Salami.

Lol, Salami!

I couldn't believe Ricky Lake was able to introduce this woman named Lasagne without laughing. And she had to keep repeating her name during the interview!
