Bob Ordinekt (sp?) From Mr. Show Show on the set of Let's Go To Prison!

He's a faker, and you've been taken in by his con. And in doing so, you are enabling him. He is doing more damage to aspergers than papa's words ever could. -Chane/Liverpool on me having asperger syndrome.

not actors,

but i've met the the bands "Casting Crowns" and "Building 429" and have talked to Derrick Trumbly (somewhat "famous", was Leaf Coneybear in Spelling Bee in 2007)

Two roads diverged in a wood, and I? I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference.

I've 'met' tons of actors, musicians, etc., but my most significant interactions have been:
I did the play Lettice and Lovage with Michael Learned (the mom on the Waltons), a great lady.
I used to wait tables with Jay Mohr (SNL, Action, Jerry McGuire)
I was roommates with Jake Shears (lead singer of Scissor Sisters).

I killed the boss, you don't think they're gonna fire me over a thing like that!!!!

I've seen Alec Baldwin a couple of times. He lives in the neighborhood. I was sitting 10 feet away from him at dinner a while back. He also used to come by the Starbucks I used to work at.

I met Julie Andrews at one of her recent book signings. She was so incredibly gracious and it's a miracle I was able to say anything to her at all. I was completely starstruck.

While working Epcot's Candlelight processional over the years I've met Marlee Matlin, Ben Vereen, John O'Hurley, Kirk Cameron, Gary Sinise, and Neil Patrick Harris.

Lots! Way lots. Some work-related, but most not.

Sidnote: Tazzy--I'm surprised Stalone was so nasty. I met him once years ago, and he was extremely nice and went out of his way to be polite and friendly. I spent about a half hour with him, one on one, walking him around an old empty theatre where I was working at the time. He literally just wandered in off the street and wanted to check it out for potential locations. I never once felt like I was "the help." He treated me like a peer. We had a great conversation, too.

I'm the same as Bestie, in that I've met/worked with LOTS of famous folks from TV, movies, music, etc. Most were nice, some were not. (Anyone here remember my Ms. Dunaway?)

I have, however, had the honor to have met and spoken with only a few of the truly great "old-Hollywood" stars, and they are:

Whenever I'm at a party w/ Baldwin brothers, I smile, nod, and move onto the next table. So I don't really count that as "meeting" them.

Broderick Crawford - charming gentleman

whats-his-hame - the guy who played the father on Different Strokes. No wonder the 3 kids from that show had problems.
