I know all of the new shows haven't aired yet, but of the ones that have, what are your favorites? And what others are you looking forward to?
SO far, I think STUDIO 60 ON THE SUNSET STRIP, JERICHO and BROTHERS AND SISTERS all have potential. I haven't seen any new comedies yet that look all that promising. I'm looking forward to TWENTY GOOD YEARS, but only because I'm a big John Lithgow fan.
Fave NEW show of the season is def Studio 60. Curious how Heroes will hold up.
Fave show on TV period right now? Battlestar Galactica. Best Drama on TV.

Seriously? That looks weird.
I didn't see Jericho, but wanted to.
My fav new show is Six Degrees, but it wins by default since it's the only one I saw.

Definitely Studio 60. I also like Vanished, but I'm a bit confused by it right now (I miseed one episode, and now I'm lost).
Looking forward to Heroes. Seems X-Files-ish.

I watched the Heroes pilot at tv.yahoo.com but plan to watch it again tonight (plus my husband, who may like it, hasn't seen it yet). We're also Two and a Half Men fans, and the first half hour of Heroes is on at the same time ... but I guess that sort of thing is what reruns are for! (No, we don't have tivo!)
NBC's site for Heroes is pretty cool ... heroes.nbc.com ...
and there's a related site with news, interviews, message board at 9thwonders.com. Also the newsarama link below tells about a web comic that's going to go with the series.

Knights of Prosperity (stars Donal Logue) looks pretty good too. Doesn't premiere until Oct. 17th (ABC), but judging by the clips online, looks very funny imo. This is the show that started out being called something like I Want to Rob Jeff Goldblum, then it was Let's Rob Mick Jagger (and turns out it will be Mick they're planning to rob on the show, and he is in at least the first episode). They may have settled on the title they did so that if the show's successful they can have a different rich celeb to rob each season (??) ... heck, I don't know! It's another one I'd like to check out though.
Once again, a conflict because I also like Eureka!
Other new shows I like: Jericho and Kidnapped. Smith didn't impress me (and while far from obsessed, I've liked Ray Liotta since he was "Joey Perini" on Another World) ... Thief (with Andre Braugher) was much better, imo. I hope FX will put that (mini-series, I guess you could call it) out on dvd.
blah blah blah ... I doubt anybody cares what new shows I'm interested in. lol
