My favorite isn't a line, but when she winks at the camera.

"It does me no injury for my neighbour to say there are 20 gods or no god. It neither picks my pocket, nor breaks my leg." -- Thomas Jefferson

If Al Gore had only winked, he'd still be president today.

I loved that she said nukyoolar 20 times in one answer.

"Carson has combined his passion for helping children with his love for one of Cincinnati's favorite past times - cornhole - to create a unique and exciting event perfect for a corporate outing, entertaining clients or family fun."

I thought I would be happy with the prospect of an Edie McClurg presidency. re: Favorite Sarah Palin Line

Edie and Marge Gunderson and Tina Fey are all I can think about when she speaks...she is such a cartoon.

she does remind me of Marge Gunderson...though I doubt she has ever seen Fargo....it is too Elitist for her

When she said General McClellan I was like wow one of the Generals from the Civil War is talking about Afganistan...that's pretty amazing

Lol, she just said McClellan at one point. I thought she was talking about Scott.

And doodle, I do remember her using the word "consonant" when she meant something else, but I can't remember what she was trying to say.

Cal, I remember that...was it consummate that she meant?

I remember she ended a sentence with a completely made up word.

My favorite lines of the night came from my friends' facebook status updates:

"Stacey admits that, although Palin is a ridiculous choice for VP, she is wearing a very nice suit."

And ...

"Allan thinks that for Sarah Palin's closing statement, she should have just looked right into the camera and said "LIVE FROM NEW YORK, ITS SATURDAY NIGHT!!!"."

"I am open, and I am willing, For to be hopeless would seem so strange. It dishonors those who go before us, So lift me up to the light of change." Holly Near

I want to be friends with your friend Allan.

My favorite for her badly timed, obviously rehearsed lines was "Aw say it ain`t so, Joe. There you go again pointing backwards again."

Excellent point, PJ. It was more like a Mad Lib than an organic part of a conversation.

All this "folksy" crap! I kept expecting Opie's head to pop out of her ass at any moment.
