NBC brings us a new series this fall starring a Capuchin monkey who is best friend to a hapless vet played by Justin Kirk. It looks promising,a s does any project smart enough to hire a monkey to star.
So who is your favorite Prime Time Primate?

Not my FAVORITE but I was always quite fond of Lancelot Link, who was a prime time private eye who was also a master of disguise. Here he is undercover as lead singer of a rock band.

NBC is so sure it's going to be a hit, they've already ordered six seasons and a movie. Because it's just the kind of show that everyone loves!

Posted: 7/31/12 at 11:34amI know, right? I think NBC would be wise to add a monkey to EVERY show. Tracy Jordan gets a new pet on 30 Rock... Olivia's demoted back to the streets and paired with a super-intelligent chimp on Law & Order SVU. Anderson Cooper's new co-host is...well, I think you get the idea.

Doodle- BJ & the Bear had something for everyone- a monkey paired with a hairy-chested trucker.

I will always love the line Jack said to Will on an episode of Will and Grace.
