oh dddear... i crushed on many an innocent celeb as a child, but i think the first one i was fully obsessed with would be John Lennon when i was 9-12. my room was solid beatle/john posters and i only listened to musicals or 60's music. by the time i was 11 the streisand thing started and overlapped the beatle posters (was i the only 11 year old with a "main event" poster in my room?). of course, i realized i was a little on the gay side when i kissed those posters goodnight and slept with "the barbra streisand scrapbook" by allison waldman in my bed. sorry john.

First, David Cassidy (had all the Partridge Family albums.)
Then, Mark Hamill as Luke Skywalker - I was 14 when Star Wars came out, and I saw it 12 times the first week (once Indiana Jones came out, my allegiance changed re: First Celebrity Crush)
Ultimately, my biggest crush from youth was Christopher Reeve as Superman - I was REALLY wanting to be rescued!

It all started with Michael J Fox at 5 and John Stamos at 7. I may have completely disliked his performance in Cabaret, but I can't deny that I was giddy as hell on the inside to meet him.

I'm sure there were many more people who called him before you...his wife, for one?

My first crush was Chuck Scarborough who was the local anchor for NBC news in NY when I was a preteen and teenager. My other crush is Richard Chamberlain. It started with seeing him in Hamlet and the the Thornbirds.

My first ever crush was in the early 70's watching the children's show, "The Electric Company". They had a little kids' band on there called the Short Circus, and the lead singer (for a while) was IRENE CARA!! Woo yeah!

Unfortunately, she eventually got all "crack skinny" during her FAME movie years, but I believe she is voluptous once again. (Yay!)

I def had a crush on Sam Champion and Gene Kelly as well.

I had a crush on Hunter Foster after I saw Grease when I was 8, b/c he was the only one nice enough to sign my playbill...

But my first crush was probably Frederic in the Sound of Music.

My mom mocked me to death about my JTT crush. He was the hotness. I was so excited when I saw the Lion King and I figured out that he was the voice of young Simba. Then I found out he didn't do his own singing and I was really upset. I never missed an episode of Home Improvement for a long time.

Uncle Jesse was probably the only reason I watched Full House now that I think of it.

When I was eight I saw the cover of Don Juan DeMarco with Johnny Depp half shirtless and I was fixated ever since. First Celebrity Crush

Does Prince Eric from The Little Mermaid count? I was going to marry him when I was 5.

In the first grade I was in love with Fred Savage. I thought he was my boyfriend. I apparently didn't realize that generally you have to actually know the person in order to be dating them! I wrote about him in my diary, and my mom just found it recently - its pretty hysterical!

In 2001, I saw "Moulin Rouge" in the theaters. That is when my love affair with Nicole Kidman began...

Broadway86, I totally feel for you... God, Ewan McGregor in that movie...

It took me a long time to actually develop a crush for someone, and my friends always make fun of me for liking the older men. (Example: When everyone liked Legolas, I was totally drooling over Aragorn)
My first crush was Russell Crowe in Gladiator. I so wish I was Lucilla just so I could give General Maximus a huge smooch.

Val Kilmer in "Top Secret". The only time I ever bought a Tiger Beat & cut out pictures & put them over my bed...Heehee!
& then in I adored him in "Real Genius". I became disillusioned after "Top Gun", though...
