Eek, Mandi! Do you have ice nearby? Maybe you could get some ice and wrap it in a washcloth, and then put it on your face. It would look weird, but it would help the pain.

A big tree fell down today during the storm, even though no one in the house heard it fall (It's only across the street). Well, "fall" might not be the most acurate term. It really broke at its base (and is still connected) and it is laying in the field, a little too close to my car. I'm glad no one was parked there.
And a huge thunder bolt (Bolt? Noise? I don't know.) woke me up this morning. It was too loud and too close.

It's been thunderstorming everyday and I think it's going to continue. I am not happy at all. Before I leave for the summer I want sunshine and to hang outside at my pool. It was like flashflooding today. Stupid rain =(.

I just end up with band aids all over me because I learned when I was young to put band aids on them because then I won't scratch them and they won't get bigger.

I just went with my mom to drop off my sister at a friends house for the night. We left my house at 8:30 and just got home at 11:30. My mom had spent the whole time sitting outside and drinking wine. I actually hung out with this girls sister who's a few years younger than me and I was playing with her cat. It was fine until my hands started to itch and I remembered that I'm allergic to cats! Now my throat is all itchy and so are my hands, my face is itchy too.
