Random Question here, but does anybody else here like Augustana and The Fray?
Sounds like a cool mix, Gav. Well, I only know a handful of those songs, but it sounds cool anyway.
My wisdom teeth are bothering me now. They never have before. *sigh* I should go to sleep now, but I probably won't.
Singingwendy: How about both?
Gav, that sounds like something I'd listen too minus The Gorillaz, who will always give me the creeps.
I sent a box of my clothes home today, and I'm getting really upset that I have to leave the city next week.
Stupid allergiiiiiies.
'Tis back.
Apparently, I have the teeth of a fourteen year old and a small mouth -- and only 3 wisdom teeth. My bottom two teeth had not formed roots so they were a little deep and my top one had just started forming it. He said that I could wait a year to take them out, because they will be more sore than usual, but since there was the possibility of the teeth messing up all the work that was done on them, I just said take them out now.
So, I had laughing gas and an IV seditive. I remember laughing when they put the radio song, but that was it for the procedure (they told my mom I was laughing and singing to the radio the entire time). I remember after the procedure, while still under the effects of the laughing gas; I was still singing...but I was singing -- get this -- 'Green Finch and Linnet Bird'.
My mom told me that when I was awake after I was singing a song of Sweeney Todd. I remembered that part, so I told her what song. I'm surprise/glad that she remember that it was from Sweeney Todd.
Now I'm going to eat my milkshake so I can take my painkiller before this wears off.
Aw, I hope it doesn't hurt for too long, Rogue!
I really need to un-**** my sleeping schedule. I shouldn't have so much trouble getting out of bed.

I hope you feel better Rogue! That's pretty funny about the laughing gas. I always get so strange and hyper after that stuff.
Cookie, your avatar is sooo cute.
Something is wrong with my tv.
I can't wait to see Billy return in 'The Coast of Utopia' when that opens!
What's wrong with your tv?
I don't know; I turned it on and it was fine for a minute, and now the screen is blue!
Uh-oh... Your cathode tubes are out of whack. Did you try hitting the tv from the side, to see if that helps (it sounds funny to say that at all, but I had that happen once, and it did)?

I hit my TV and it didn't help.
How old is the TV?
I hate to say it, but you might need a new one...
The painkillers (oxy-something) finally started to kick in. I feel so much better. Thought, it kicked in too late.
I was suppose to take it before the novacan (It's not spelled right, but I don't care.) wore off, but filling the prescription took long, so it wore off before the painkillers kicked in. It didn't hurt really, it was just really sore. My bottom right side wasn't bleeding (which I thought was odd) and it was fine for a bit, but all of a sudden I got this imense pain there. I assume it was a build up of blood which created pressure. I have a high tolerence of pain because I've had so many migrains, but this was so painful that I actually started sobbing, which made it hard to breath.
So, I was in horrible imense pain, sobbing, and having a hard time breathing. This was, maybe 30 minutes ago. My mom called the place, and they said to give me two advils and if it still hurt in an hour, to call them and come back in.
Then, it started bleeding, which released the pressure. Then, maybe, 5-10 minutes later, the painkillers kicked.
I love painkillers. I feel so much better that it doesn't hurt anymore.
Of course, I took the time after my sobbing and asked my mom if I could see Sweeney again (You know, getting permission to go since I already bought the ticket). The convo:
Mom: Well, who would go with you?
Me: I'd go alone.
Mom: I don't know...
Me: Oh, you and dad would be shopping in the city.
Mom:...Okay. Ooo! I could go downtown!
Me: So, that's a yes?
Mom: Yes.
Me: Good, because I already bought the ticket. I'm using my pain to manipulate you.
Mom: I know, your father told me. *laughs* When is it?
Me: Sunday, the 6th. 2pm.
Mom: That's Poppi's birthday.
Me: You could call him.
Mom: Yeah, but this is the last time.
Me: No it's not. I've always offered to pay *starts to cry thinking of the pain and PMSing (which is rare for me)* but daddy always threw money at me and...
Mom: Shhh...okay okay. *is walking out of the room*
Me: *says defaintly* It's not the last time!
Mom: *knows I'm serious* Okay okay...Go and try to sleep.
Me: But I'm watching The Light in the Piazza. Hey mom...if this comes to CT on the tour, can we buy tickets?
Mom: It's in New York.
Me: No, it recently closed. We could buy the balcony seats because they are really good if it goes to that theatre.
Mom: Yes, okay, that sounds good.
Thanks Em and Stage!
They were giving the laughing gas to me, my body felt numb and the surgeon told me I was about to feel itchy all over (which I thought he might of meant the numbness, but no.). I felt to feel itchy all over that I just wanted to scratch myself because it was so itchy that it was almost painful. That's when they turn on the radio and I started to laugh. One of them said: "Oh, that funny huh?" And that's all I remember until after the procedure. I think I had my eyes closed while singing 'Green Finch and Linnet Bird".
One of the people asked me (while I was still under the effects of the laughing gas) something about voice lessons, and I was telling her (while laughing) about how I was going to go to this magnet school for the arts, but I had a hard time saying magnet, so I kept laughing at myself. I kept laughing on the way home, though I don't remember leaving walmart. I remember before then: I was laughing and wanted to go into walmart. My mom was entertained. I kept saying that I wanted to have the laughing gas again.
I didn't think the laughing gas was so powerful.
My boyfriend was trying to teach me how to play Magic the Gathering this morning.

Interesting, I've never heard of that.
I'm seeing Dirty Rotten Scoundrels tonight! yay!
rogue, sounds fun. Pain killers are the best, aren't they?
I'm hungry, but my teeth still hurt from the other morning, so I don't want to eat.
