My cousin is due on Sept 20th but I think the baby is coming sooner!
I'm soo excited!
Edit: Out of all the things I could watch on TV, I am watching people telling their stories of 9/11. It upsets me so much and I've watched it more than need be and yet, I just can't turn it off.
Are you a masochist by any chance, SweetQ?
I burned the roof of my mouth.

"Are you a masochist by any chance, SweetQ?"
LoL, I suppose so.
It's like watching a horrible car accident. You don't want to watch but you just can't get yourself to stop watching.
And I wonder why my anxiety level is sky high *sigh*

Or, in this case, a plane crash... or two.

No, they aren't really showing the plane crash. It's more of people's stories...rescues or...rather, trying to rescue.
And these kinds of shows are on for the next week. So, I can just torture myself for the next week.
Otherwise I'd be watching the news and hearing about every other frightning thing that is happening.

Or you can watch something else. Or not watch TV at all. You don't HAVE to watch TV.

I burned the roof of my mouth.
Something tells me you've done that before, Em! :P
Usually it's my tongue. Oh well.
I want to bake cookies, but I know that the earlier I bake them, the more of them I'll eat tonight.
*resists temptation*
Ooo, cookies. I was going to go get orange juice in a bit, but I know while I'm there, I'll pick up ice cream too. That's good for a sore throat, right?
They just switched the men's and women's bathrooms on my floor. They taped up a sign, but some idiot tore it down already. I'm kind of wary about taking a shower tonight, in case not everyone knows the bathrooms are changed...
Mix with vodka. You'll forget you have a sore throat.
You drink OJ when you have a sore throat? Doesn't that burn? A LOT?
I'm talking from experience here.

I wish we had a kitchen.
The Vitamin C in orange juice might help fend off a cold, though.
My neighbors are having a LOUD marital dispute.
I always crave OJ like crazy when I'm sick. Any pain is nothing compared to the satisfaction it gives me.
Drowsy Chaperone was AWESOME.
Jason won lotto so we were front row center. It was so great
What is it about Wicked? I was just looking at a British board and someone has already started a thread entitled "Is it necessary to have so many Wicked threads?"

OJ definitely helps out a lot when you're sick. I always drink lots of OJ when I have a cold, and I'm usually better within 1 1/2 to 2 days.

Harris, I usually like you and your cows but don't you dare send one over.
He ain't comin' in.

My hair smells of french fries for some ungodly reason.
I also got Mano Felciano mail today, so that makes me happy.
Speaking of Manoel...
So, I was at my little cousin's birthday party and we were eating dinner after jumping on the trampoline (I killed my back at one point...). My other little cousin (whose 7) informs me that she wants to play the violin. And immediately my sister goes: "LIKE MANOEL, BUT HE'S A BAAADD INFLUENCE!" (Pronouncing his name correctly, I proudly might add.).
It amused me. (She was joking about the bad influence part...for a separate reason.) I, of course, had to mention the wonderful violin/fiddle-player/singer that she could also aspire to, Alison Krauss.
And...My uncle knows how to play the accordian. He thought that I was making fun of him when I was saying how cool it was. I was being very serious.
