Absolutely - just because a show is animated, doesn't mean the connection with the characters isn't there. Besides, the show is FUNNIEST of all times - whatever classification you want to put it in, it cannot be denied that it IS funny.

Though I do agree, Carol Burnett show should have been on the list.

I wish Britcoms had been considered. I love many of them! Fawltry Towers, Are You Being Served?, Keeping Up Appearances, Allo! Allo! But maybe I'm just wierd...

The Golden Girls and Family Guy should at least be top 10, but whatever. To each his own.

but really, what about WINGS? That show was hilarious.

I certainly can't deny the popularity of the iconic Simpsons, but personally...not that funny. I tried to like The Simpsons. I've seen many episodes. I didn't find any of them very funny. Goofy and silly and zany, but not in a way that made me laugh. I found South Park and Family Guy much funnier.
