I remember a time when Hopkin's name was spelled Antony. He may have changed it, but perhaps prefers to be called that way. I trust that Gwyneth, who is close to him, knows what she's saying.

Okay, so did S. Epatha Merkerson thank her lesbian lover? Or am I reading too much into her calling her her "rock"?

I posted this elsewhere, but I'm getting all confused now. Anyway, for some reason I thought she was married, actually -- I thought she was referring to a family member or something.

On a side note, she's a WONDERFUL performer and a really great woman with an *incredible* sense of humor. I'm so happy she won.

Did Anthony Hopkins seem kinda out of it? I don't think he was all there on that stage.

Did anyone see the look of death Felicity Huffman gave Teri Hatcher when she jumped onto the mic when her producer was at a loss for words? *guh* I died laughing.

WAY TO GO BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN! CONGRATULATIIONS!
I'm not complaining! This year has been remarkable for gay and trans-themed movies and I'm so happy that film is reflecting society, as it should.

- Why did Gwyneth Paltrow call Anthony Hopkins "Antony"? It made me squirm every time I heard her.
Blue, I may be wrong, but I believe that the British pronounce Anthony as Antony, regardless of the spelling. That may be how he calls himself.
