Hmm. I'm definitely glad I didn't skip Sutton Foster's show at Joe's Pub to watch the GG. But I am glad Reese won. If Michelle can't win, then I'll be fine with Reese.

I am thrilled that Philip Seymour Hoffman won for best actor. He is one of my favorite actors. I first saw his shine as a character actor in Boogie Nights. I had the pleasure of seeing him onstage in Long Day's Journey Into Night a few years ago. I was praying he'd win tonight. Love him.

Maybe a dumb question, but where was Jake? Was he filming somewhere. Anne was there! It would have been nice if he had showed up if he could've!

Anyways, I guess I am pleased. I was disapointed with all of BBM losses. I really though that Michelle was going to get it, and I also thought it would get best score. As much as I wanted Heath to get it, i knew it was a small possibility. But we still have the Oscars...

I stayed up all night to watch this! And it was worth it. Such a fun, easygoing award show- gotta love it.

My two favorite moments were Emma Thompson presenting "P&P" - she was hilarious! - and Hugh Laurie winning. I love the Brits, what can I say?

Now that all is said and done, I'm thrilled with most of the winners. I think that Jeff Daniels, The Squid and the Whale, and Heath Ledger (by a hair) should have won. But, I'm very happy.
