True. But Busey didn't even notice Jennifer Garner until Ryan Seacrest said something. (Which shows you how nuts Busey is because how could anyone not notice how hot Jennifer Garner looked in that dress.)

Oh golly, he hardly attacked her. He just got a little overzealous, lol.
Sometimes drugs make people overzealous, it's no biggie.

And I blame Seacrest too, he brought Busey into the conversation and afterwards he totally kept bringing it up over and over and over again just to make a bigger fuss about it.

Ryan Seacrest is awful on the red carpet, was an awful host at the Emmys, and is incredibly obnoxious. You can usually tell celebrities don't really care to talk to him.
