So, Goth see's the DNC as being a failure and the RNC as being a success. Like I said, they see what they want to see, rewrite their own history and live in their own fantasy world. They paint this image of Obama that simply does not exist. I think this is how they are dealing with THE FACT that the American People are not buying the GOP Crap and LIES! Denial.
Scraping the bottom of the barrel. Republicans desperation at it's finest.

I was embarressed by last night debacle. The Democrats chose a path and then they reneged. It was obviously not a 2/3rds call. Over all, a dumb move on their part.

I watched it as it happened live. It was maybe 50/50 on Ayes and Nays with a floor that was at that point just streaming in and out. Terrible handling by Villaraigosa, who was also not expecting it to be contested- practically was going into 'The Ayes have it' mode before doing a double-take.
Villaraigosa is really the only person who had to be embarrassed, nobody knew about the WH opinion on the platform change until he was defending the decision or that there were platform changes happening. How about inform the floor ahead of time?
Luckily Bill Clinton took the attention away. To quote Will Rogers, "I don't belong to an organized party, I'm a Democrat."

It's all about trying to drive a wedge. They don't believe their welfare attacks- but they are hoping to drive a wedge between Obama and Clinton. The "rumors" that Biden would step aside for Hilary- nothing but an attempt to drive a wedge between Obama voters and Hilary voters.
Divisiveness- it's what republicans have instead of a plan.
