Mo'nique said somewhere she doesn't shave her legs because she doesn't care or something to that effect.

I wonder if those were her naturally hairy pits in Precious...
Pretty pretty please don't you ever ever feel like you're less than f**ckin' perfect!

Do you girls shave above the knee?

In the summer I do. In the winter I only shave from the knee down. But my hair is ultra blonde and you can't really see it anyway.

I don't shave at all. I have no hair on my legs or underarms.

It's 'gross' and unimaginable that her body is the way it is NATURALLY?!?
How American. And contrived and controlled.
As to the awards, I wonder if the American dismissal misses the mark a bit. Look at the list of top money earners - with the exception of THE DARK KNIGHT, which played to the American male, international box office trumps our domestic take by about two-to-one across the board. This foreign press is what feeds that international hunger - and it's paying off. Do you think it's an accident that so many "A-listers" attend this event, even as they mock it?
