I'd never seen it before, CATS, so it was funny to me at least.

Can someone explain the "I'm Feeling Lucky" feature to me? Is it actually a useful tool or is it a novelty?

The "I'm Feeling Lucky" feature is when you know what you are looking for will be the top choice. Like my father's charity organization, I can never remember if it is .com, .net or .org so I just google it and then hit that button. It takes me right where i wanna go.
